Returns and exchange will only be accepted if your order has damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product and the time limit for this is within 48 hours.
In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn) with the original packaging.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Please email us at [email protected] with a photograph of the product and the package.
- Don’t forget to attach 6 images of the product highlighting the defect and mention the same in email with your order ID.
- Once we receive the package, we will update you with further details on the exchange of the product.
Note: For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for an exchange.
We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at contact@treasurekraft,com with your order number within 12 hours.
